Positive: Such beautiful and thoughtful design means it feels like you are the only ones for miles! The farm was great, we fed the baby cows! Loved having the basic supplies like orange juice and milk and bread and butter. Staff were lovely.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Very pretty, spacious huts with a great view - super clean and no insects, just some flies. Jose was very responsive and organized tours for us. Everything was super professional. We got all information and recommendations for shopping, restaurants, tours etc. even before we arrived. The kids loved the baby cow feeding and the dogs at the farm.
Negative: Nothing really to mentioned. As minor detail the knives could be a bit sharper and it was a bit tricky to get and maintain the right temperature of the shower 😉
Summary: Very clean, super professional, great view, absolutely recommendable.

Positive: We loved that we felt like we were being surrounded by nature with the large windows giving views of the cloud forest, and being right on the doorstep. The views and surroundings are stunning. Also, it was lovely for the kids to experience feeding the baby cows on the farm. The cabin was well equipped and we were supplied with fresh eggs, juice, milk and toast for breakfast. There were extra warm blankets if needed. We loved the whole environmental ethos followed at the Finca and appreciated the ways we could do our bit to help, including being provided bins to recycle our waste.
Negative: Cold showers. We liked going for a trail walk around the farm property, although some of the paths were fenced off or not clearly marked. We did not bring wellies so had to avoid the paths where the cows had walked.

Positive: Easy to use and access. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We got to feed the baby cows which was a special experience. We had ample space for an incredibly reasonable price.
Negative: The cabins are very rustic, which doesn't quite come through in the photos. I wish our expectations had been a little more in line with the property. But everything worked, was clean, and served our needs perfectly.
Summary: Rustic, clean accommodation run by a helpful family at a great price!

Positive: The room was big, spacious and the beds were good size, and had some privacy between the two beds as they had a dividing wall. Big open glass on one side of the building allowed tremendous light into the room, and the small kitchen was perfect for preparing quick meals. The provided breakfast was great - enough eggs, bread, milk and juice to last our stay. Jose our host, was very helpful and made recommendations for places to visit, and restaurants to eat at. He was also able to make a booking for us at a recommended adventure park in the area. Overall great experience and great customer service.
Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: Jose our host was wonderful and kind, he was so helpful and was so attentive to booking any tours we needed. We stayed in the big casita which was wonderful and private. It was lovely having the cows chilling outside in the fields. We could hear so many frogs, see so many birds and a coati outside our room. It was great having ingredients and a full kitchen to have breakfast whenever we wished. Also great having en suite bathrooms inside each bedroom. The living / kitchen / dining area downstairs is so spacious. The finca is located in a great position to access all the different regions for tours. We would love to come back again. Thank you Jose and Finca Terra Viva!
